Responsibilities
Primary role is to provide support on network and wireless related installations/projects and also to provide maintenance.
Provide on-site commissioning support for wireless projects covering all Wireless products, as well as perform site survey activities
Perform troubleshooting, testing, data interpretation and provide wireless solutions to our customers that solve their needs.
Ensure that wireless installations are performing in optimum conditions and work with the necessary business unit resources to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Work with cross business unit service resources to ensure that wireless projects are well executed.
Perform technical consultative support on wireless sales pursuits.
Develop and maintain documentation related to the installation, administration and maintenance of wireless network infrastructure.
Work with partners and vendor on the escalated and support cases.

Skills Requirements
Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for wireless and networking projects and operations
Hands-on, in-depth experience in configuring, installing and troubleshooting wireless and networking products (Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba, Deliberant, Altai and etc)
Troubleshooting and resolving Wireless LAN, LAN, and Network Security Issues
Good working knowledge of wireless and networks – wireless access points, frequencies planning, interference resolution, wireless optimization skills, routers, L2 and L3 switches, gateways and networking servers
Good troubleshooting skill in Wireless, Router, Switch, Firewall and IDP/IPS
Experienced in supporting large-scale and complex wireless network
Experienced in diagnosing wireless and network problems and maintaining network security.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in IT or Engineering with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in wireless and networking with hands-on experience on Cisco wireless and routers/switches, network security and firewall
Strong interpersonal relationship with customers, vendors and internal associates.
Team player with strong problem solving skills.
Field service or maintenance experience in Ports industry would be added advantage.
Possess CCNA certifications will be added advantage.
