Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8.00AM – 5.00PM

Responsibilities:
· Plan & execute the plant’s overall TPM master plan and the defined targets in cooperation with the management’s TPM objectives;
· Track & document all the current TPM implementations in the plant;
· Collect & compile data related to breakdowns in order to contribute to the development of the TPM master plan;
· Liaise closely with Maintenance Team in getting TPM works implemented;
· Conduct scheduled TPM inspections & trigger alerts to the relevant departments for TPM works to be carried out;
· Identify & analyze critical parts and the parts’ “end-of-life” time period for carrying out TPM plans;
· Hands-on in executing TPM related works.

Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
· Preferably with 1-2year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing / Production Operation ore equivalent;
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
· Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel and must have technical background;
· Communication & team work skills;
· Good command of English;
· Proactive;
