Industry : Online Retail

Responsibilities:
– Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email and to provide an overview and up sell the products and services from a set of non-active or low spending clients.
– Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers.
– Carry out duties aspects of market research opportunities and after sales services.
– Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization.
– Assist sales person on operational issue.
– Any other tasks as and when required to support the team and back up other team members.

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business/Marketing, Advertising/Public Relation or equivalent.
– Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and/or other dialects (optional)
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
