Summary:
Responsible for development of and oversee execution of the IT & digital strategy & solutions that address business growth & innovation across the company. This role also oversees the end to end ICT function for the company including IT applications, infrastructure and networks, data analytics & intelligence, IT operations support, and other technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and guides the implementation of the IT & Digital Strategy
• Oversees/ advises on all digital initiatives undertaken by the company within the Division and other Departments/Divisions
• Oversees set up & maintenance of IT architecture for the business
• Leads the development and operations of applications across the organisation
• Directs business analytics & intelligence efforts for the business
• Oversees the end to end ICT function for the company
• Collaborate with management in overall tech planning, researching, developing and testing
• Analyse workflows, researching, recommending and leading efforts to improve internal operating & IT processes, dealers business system
• Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
• Provides management oversight, and leadership to the Team
• Preparing financial budgets and presenting proposals for capital projects to management annually
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
