1) Overview
The Technical Support Executive is required to deal with internal and external customers. The candidate shall ensure all works that is being carried out are in accordance to manufacturer’s specifications and methods.

2) Responsibilities
To solve technical issues, providing advice and solutions
To prepare technical reports as required
To plan, coordinate and supervise the technical aspects of construction projects
To attend technical meetings and conduct training & presentations on technical matters
Willingness to travel (>50%)

3) Requirements

Minimum Technical Diploma (required)
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in construction / building materials or related industries
Communication skills both written and oral; with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external customers
Strong organizational skills and methodical approach to work
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office, CAD softwares & etc.)
Independent, strong self-discipline and having sense of urgency to meet datelinesTechnical
