Sales Growth Management
To achieve individual sales target through active sales activities.
To identify business opportunity, establish and maintain long term business relationship with existing and potential customers.
To ensure optimum sales margin is met.
Technical Sales & Support Force Management
To lead technical sales support team to provide efficient and accurate support to sales team and customer.
To visit customers and carrying out technical discussions/presentation, designing of systems/product selection.
Credit Management and Bad Debt Collection
To design and develop clean room equipment.
To consolidate clean room equipment design & specification.
Customer Service Satisfaction Management
To enhance customer service satisfaction.
Other Related Tasks
To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operations.

A good Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electric & Electrical.
Must have at least 2 years of working experience in HVAC products.
Dynamic, outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Aggressive, result-oriented and highly motivated with the determination to succeed.
A fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willing to travel to outstation/overseas locations.
