Responsibilities:
• Manage and support existing IT infrastructure, application system implementation & information system
• Support daily IT operation, which includes backend batch processing, network troubleshooting and other hardware related support
• Responsible for server administrator
• Provide maintenance support to customer
• Provide support in projects delivery stage
• Assist in resolving network, computer and user related issues : Troubleshoots problems with computer system – hardware, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment, provides solutions and carries out repairs when required
• Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity
• Manage, distribute and monitor tasks to team

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Executive specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Required Skills : Hardware, Microsoft Windows, Linux and Shell scripting, VM Management
• Knowledge in Tomcat and MySQL administration would be an added advantage
• Good problem solving skills
• Candidate must keen interest in IT or Technical support function
• Personable, confident and able to handle challenges in a competitive environment
• Ability to multi tasking
