Responsibilities (candidate with less than 1 year experience):

• Responsible to clients’ payroll account
• Support Human Resource Management System (HRMS) implementation
• Conduct User Requirement Study, System Configuration, Data Migration, User Training, UAT, Parallel and Live Run during the HRMS implementation process
• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure the project delivery as project timeline
• Coordinates preparation of blueprint documents based on requirement gathering
• Ensuring the HRMS project is implemented within contractual obligation and regulatory requirement
• Perform testing on new system configuration/modification prior to delivery
• Prepare project status updates
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Additional Responsibilities (candidate with more than 1 year experience):

• Project management experience pre and post implementation
• Knowledge of payroll practices, processes and Malaysia payroll statutory regulatory requirement is mandatory
• Knowledge of Human Capital Management System such as Leave Application, Time Management, Claim Application, Workflow Management, ESS/MSS and etc is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fact paced environment where change is the norm; has strong multi-tasking skills; and the flexibility to switch from one project to the next quickly
• Ability to understand clients’ payroll issues and to communicate solutions effectively

Requirements (candidate with less than 1 year experience):

• Good command of English & Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Ability to work independently
• Has an attention to detail
• Has good time management and is deadline driven
• Independent and able to work calmly under pressure
