• Direct and oversee Sales Department including Corporate & Retail Sales nationwide and Sales Management reporting to MD.
• Develop sales strategies including channel development, incentive and evaluate effectiveness of sales programs.
• Determine short- and mid-term sales plans including channel development.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to achieve sales plan.
• Develop and maintain channels especially on B2B products, evaluate their performance and manage conflict.
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to Management as needed.
