Location: Shah Alam

Responsible for price negotiation and expediting of all purchases.
Analyzes bids, performs value and cost analysis, select products and vendors/suppliers consistent with existing policies and procedures.
Ensure high quality of goods, part or material purchased and at minimum cost with timely deliver.
Ensure proper filing/tracking of all purchases and the pricing Records.
Assist in the implementation or enhancement of Procurement Policies and Procedures.
Compiles report/data gathered at established intervals to assist in vendor performance evaluation.
Monitor orders/contracts for compliance and performance, recommends cancellation of orders/contracts for non-compliance and non-performance.
Raise and issue PO, ensure timely material supply.
To find alternative material and sourcing to get competitive prices.
To conduct price comparison, market analysis to get the best total Price.
Drive cost reduction activities.
Manages the performance of Procurement tactical functions including routine correspondence, vendors/suppliers list preparation, applications and updates.
Any other job responsibility as deem relevant and assign by Superior.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Material Management, Supply Chain, Logistics. or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in procurement / purchasing / inventory & material or equivalent.
Preferably specializing in LV Switchboard handling.
Knowledge in Material and Procurement/Purchasing Management is a must.
Self motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
Possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
