In charge of rolling out and delivering enhancements to the Salesforce platform to support our business requirements.


• Manage the customer database mining and utilize the information (e.g., demographic and purchase behaviours) to provide to sales and marketing teams to develop promotion and campaign.
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure implementation of marketing plans and launch activities is a success.
• Develop dashboards and reports in the CRM system
• Implement change requests in the CRM system
• To liaise with CRM vendor if there is any major system request/customization.
• Troubleshooting as a first level of support.
• Provide/recommend solutions for improvements.
• Upgrade and patch management of the CRM solution
• Keep up-to-date with CRM latest technology or updates such as new feature/function.


• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in English, Communications or related field
• Proven work experience as a Copywriter and Translator role
• Able to write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer
