Job Summary
To promote total security solutions and secure new businesses.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
To prepare the business plan and budget
To meet the business plan and budget
To be responsible for the Profit and Loss of the Branch and manage profitability
To protect the current customer base and expand the sales to increase the company market share
To administer the branch to comply with ISO 9001 and other Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
To prepare monthly branch report on the business and marketing activities
To organize weekly staff meeting at the branch with proper agenda and submit the minutes to HQ
To attend customer complaints and break-ins whenever necessary
To improve the operations and efficiency of your branch and staff
To protect the reputation and image of the company
To control the expenses of the branch and ensure all expenses is under control
To maintain a high ethical standards and comply with the Company and the Group’s rules and regulations
Other assignments given by the company from time to time.

Minimum Requirements
Degree in Marketing or other discipline
5-10 years exposure in the same capacity
Ability required
Competent in languages: English and Malay (Japanese for team handling Japanese Accounts).
Computer literate.
Has strong negotiation skill.
