– Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support functions such as typing and sending correspondence, reports, scheduling appointment, screening calls, transmitting faxes, photocopying, filing, including handling personal matters.
– Coordinate and make arrangement for appointments, meetings, travel and reservation, maintaining records and files, administering confidential documents.

– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
– Minimum 2 years’ secretarial experience.
– Proficient in MS Office Applications.
– Good command of both written and spoken English.
– Good communication, interpersonal, planning and organisational skills and abilities.
