To execute/provide administration support and ensure the provision of quality work/services on timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the scanning and storing of documents and updating records in Viewpoint system.
  • Open files/labelling within 3 days from date of request.
  • Assist in the filing of documents as and when required by CS staff.
  • Assist CS staff in preparation of Annual Return, Secretarial documents.
  • Assist the Receptionist in recording and sorting out incoming mail in her absence.
  • Viewpoint control and updates.
  • Adhoc receptionist duties in the absence of the Receptionist.


  • Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Human Resources Management.
  • 1 year working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Administration
  • Pleasant personality, good command of both spoken and written Malay/English
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
  • Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
  • Responsible and takes ownership of tasks assigned.
  • Punctuality
