Summary:
To execute/provide administration support and ensure the provision of quality work/services on timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the scanning and storing of documents and updating records in Viewpoint system.
- Open files/labelling within 3 days from date of request.
- Assist in the filing of documents as and when required by CS staff.
- Assist CS staff in preparation of Annual Return, Secretarial documents.
- Assist the Receptionist in recording and sorting out incoming mail in her absence.
- Viewpoint control and updates.
- Adhoc receptionist duties in the absence of the Receptionist.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Human Resources Management.
- 1 year working experience.
- Basic knowledge of Administration
- Pleasant personality, good command of both spoken and written Malay/English
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.
- Responsible and takes ownership of tasks assigned.
