Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire SAP deployment and rollout to all 5000 locations for AG
- This includes infra readiness at site, which includes the following areas:
   - PC readiness
   - Network readiness
   - Software readiness
   - Printing
   - Job scheduling (at BASIS)
   - PKI readiness
   - Escalation process
   - Authorization / user IDs
- To devise the strategy and approach for the deployment of the SAP systems to all locations and users
- To devise the strategy and approach for the distribution of User IDs to all users
- To devise the strategy and approach for the preparation of job scheduling and printing strategy for all locations
- To ensure the support team has been created and functioning accordingly when the deployment starts – with ITSM in place, for e.g. incident management, problem management and ticket management system
- To create an activity plan that will track the deployment of the systems to all locations and users
