Responsibilities:
– Gather market and customer information.
– Handle and follow up on customer enquiries.
– Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of quality administration support for all sales & marketing related activities.
– Provide excellent support to sales & marketing team and other colleagues.
– Help to increase sales growth of company in the market and ensure customers satisfaction.
– Maintaining and updating database management, new price list and other sales & marketing related activities.
– Coordinate and communicate with plant and production personnel on logistic and shipping issues to ensure timely deliveries to customers.
– Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
– Other Duties as and when assigned

Requirements:
– Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Sales & Marketing or Administration
– Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field, preferably with some Chemical background
– Is computer-literate.
– Sound knowledge of logistic and shipping procedures.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office.
– Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
