Location: Shah Alam
Co-ordinate and implement effective marketing plans and business strategies to promote company’s properties and achieve sales target.
Monitor the performance of Sales and Marketing Department to achieve sales target.
Organize and coordinate sales activities such as sales launches, exhibitions, road shows and other events including coordination on planning and fitting-out of showhouses.
Sales prospecting.
Check and ensure proper sales documentation.
Ensure prompt execution of sales and purchase agreements.
Develop the sales team to provide professional services to customers.
Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance, compile and compute sales results/performance, issue periodical reports to management.
Review customer feedbacks, customer surveys and customer complaints.
Review advertising and promotion materials; to ensure timely submission and follow up on approval of licenses and permits.
Responsible for the enhancement of corporate image and management of show houses.
Conduct research and analysis on likely markets, competition, product development, customer satisfaction etc. to achieve sales goals and objectives.
