Location: Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
Develop and review strategic Key Account Plans to achieve the Company’s overall goal and sales objectives.
Build stronger business relationship with Key Accounts to grow the Company’s overall business through strategic merchandising and promotional activities.
Working closely with Marketing for A&P funding support and product positioning strategy.
Working closely with the Sales team in executing and implementing the marketing activities.
Submit monthly Key Account Sales Performance report for Company and Principals’ usage, including monthly review presentation
Assisting in negotiating the yearly key account trading terms.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in marketing with at least 3 years experience in key account management (retail)
Young, aggressive yet matured
Good communication skill with pleasant personality
Must be able to work with people of all levels
Able to speak mandarin will be an advantage
Strong negotiation skills
Computer literate with Microsoft Office
