– To assist in the development of marketing plans and to implement overall marketing and sales strategy.
– Identify growth opportunities for expansion of Premix and Aggregate’s product in local and foreign market.
– Responsible to promote the company business to all potential clients.
– Manage the logistics aggregate supply and minimize the cost of product delivery.
– To liaise with weighbridge clerks on daily sales order and delivery.
– Follow up the Account Receivable on regular basis.
– To serve existing customers, establish new network and penetrate new market.
– Ensure customer’s satisfaction and quality service fulfilment.
– Build good relationship with client.
– Ad-hoc tasks assignment for time to time.
– Possess Diploma / Degree in Marketing Business Management or equivalent.
– Minimum 3 years relevant sales/marketing working experience.
– Candidate with experience in Quarry and Premix operation industry encouraged to apply.
– Strong presentation skills / prospecting skills, tactful, self-assured, independent, a team player and able to work in a fast pace environment.
– Good in relationships building, achieving sales goals, motivation for sales and market knowledge.
– Computer literate, high integrity and exhibit strong arithmetical and negotiation skills.
