Gender: Open Age : Below 45 years old Responsibilities: - To supervise and direct the entire Sales Department. - To identify the sales target markets utilising data contained in the database system and develop an appropriate sales solicitation strategy for both domestic and international markets. - To maintain a positive image for the GHHS HealthCare in the marketplace, and to participate in community affairs. - To increase average rate and relevant profits of the GHHS. - To sign off contract rates, special rates and correspondences to clients. - To solicit and service major accounts. - To maintain personal contact with key customers and to support the activities of any member of the sales team as and when required. - To be responsible for monthly forecasts and revisions. - To provide guidance and training to all sales employees to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency. - To supervise employees within the department ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the department’s reference manuals. - To comply with the GHHS Healthcare's policies and procedures in accordance with the above responsibilities. - To respond to any changes in the departmental function as dictated by the industry or company. - To perform all other work as and when required. Requirements: - Minimum Diploma / Degree in any related discipline. - With 5 to 8 years of experience in related field. - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office; MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook. - Proficient in English & Malay language communication; both verbal and written communication. - Proficient in other languages would be an added advantage. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Innovative and creative. - Able to work under minimum supervision, takes initiatives and able to work under pressure. - Ability to deal with problematic and/or difficult people and/or situations. - Must be honest and high ethics. - Must provided with sales proven record.
