Workday : Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM

Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails
– Perform office administrative tasks, including documents, filling out letters
– Maintain proper filing system and extract files
– Communicate with Sales Agent
– Assist with any administrative issues

Requirements:
– Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any subject.
– Proficient in computers, familiar with using MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel)
– Proficient in English and Chinese
– Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
