Summary:
Responsible to manage all legal matters and to ensure legal compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and drafting contracts, advising possible risk exposure in the contracts including negotiating terms & conditions for the benefits of the company.
• Undertaking legal research and providing legal opinions to the various department within the Group.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
• Review and update on the legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Dealing, instructing, liaising with external solicitors on various legal documentation and on specific projects or tasks.
• Conduct various legal and ad hoc projects as and when required.
