Responsibilities :

• Sales Growth Management
– To achieve individual sales target through active sales activities
– To identify business opportunity, establish and maintain long term business relationship with existing and potential customers
– To ensure that the proper billing and documentation related to sales is done
– To ensure optimum sales margin is met
– Clearly understand requirement for special products or projects, considering the possibility of production, manage to get product cost and lead time that meet customer requirement.
– To ensure Asia target is met.
– To ensure respective sales country meet their budget

• Solution Selling
– Training and consulting solution selling to AAF Asia and distributor sales teams.
– Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products or services to sales office and customers.
– To ensure each sales country capable to do solution selling.
– To leverages margin of AAF Asia
– To help sales country hand on hand penetrate competitor customers.
– Sensor 360 solution to end customer.

• Customer Service Satisfaction Management
– To enhance customer satisfaction.
– To ensure adequate communication with the customers on the order status, vessel booking, etc. and decide on follow up action
– To provide customers’ feedback and information to the Product Development and QA Department for service and product improvement

• Others
– To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation as referred to memo or letters.

Requirements :

• Degree in engineering or relevant qualification
• Fluent communication in English & Mandarin (verbal & written)
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, for building relationships with clients and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team.
• Self Confidence, confident and persuasive when making sales presentations.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
• Critical tinker and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 2 year work experience in sales or application, preferably in HVAC region
• Available for Travel Oversea 50% and must be able to travel at short notice.
