Responsibilities:
• Attend to walk in customers and visitors via security and regulations
• Ensure hosts are notified of visitor's arrival
• Greet all visitors and provide good customer service and professionalism
• Ensure punctuality at work & 100% attendance (excludes leave entitlement)
• Assist with courier services
• Attend to all calls with zero complaint from customers
• Ensure reception area are always clean and free from clutter
• Call for office machine's services
• Liaise with facility maintenance vendors

Requirements:
• Fluent in English, good customer service skills
• Good time management
• 1st interview at Puchong
