Gender : Female Race : Chinese Responsibilities: • Attend to walk in customers and visitors via security and regulations • Ensure hosts are notified of visitor's arrival • Greet all visitors and provide good customer service and professionalism • Ensure punctuality at work & 100% attendance (excludes leave entitlement) • Assist with courier services • Attend to all calls with zero complaint from customers • Ensure reception area are always clean and free from clutter • Call for office machine's services • Liaise with facility maintenance vendors Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent. • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. • Required skill(s): good people skills, general computer skills, high degree of flexibility, Admin Work. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
