Main Roles & Responsibilities
(A) PRODUCT RESEARCH
• To coach and guide engineer in product research & development focusing in chemical project
• To lead team on product research & development project in chemical project
• To propose and research & development into new product and technology
• To design and develop new product on a timely manner
• To ensure new product meet/exceed customer requirement
• To perform evaluation and testing to ensure criteria are met
• To propose investment needed for new product development
• To ensure manufacturability of the new product

(B) TECHNICAL SUPPORT
• To coach and guide engineer in product technical support in chemical project
• To provide technical support, including test report and drawing, to relevant department
• To convey technical information on customer requirement from sales to production
• To carry out the application of FM/UL standard on new material
• To qualify new raw material
• To provide support in part number and BOM creation
• To provide technical support on new product testing
• To provide technical support on material procurement

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master, any field.
• Experience in chemical knowledge such as activated carbon, chemical media
• 10-15 years of full-time working experience in the related field.
• PC Skills : Autocad, Solidworks, Inventor, Basic Windows, Excel and Words, SAP systems
• R&D specialist, gas phase, chemical or lab
