Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering efforts for R&D projects, which includes of designing, drafting, prototyping, testing, engineering documentation creation, and plant / business system implementation.
- Modify designs to reduce material and manufacturing costs of existing products.
- Create and develop design concepts from product requirements and design specifications.
- Coordinate procurement and building of engineering models and prototypes.
- Oversee the Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) techniques, and tolerance stack-up analysis to finalize product designs.
- Oversee the creation of detailed component and assembly drawings that conform to geometric dimensioning and standards.
- Develop product structure and detailed bills of material.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements   :
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electric & Electrical).
- Must have at least 2 years of related working experience in HVAC , Metal works or related field.
- Have working experience in industrial air conditioning / fan / motor and good knowledge in sheet metal part / metal stamping will be considered as Senior position
- Understanding of lean management, project management, process improvement and design for assembly and manufacturability will be an added advantage.
- PC Skills : SAP, Microsoft, Autocad, Autodesk Inventor, and Microsoft Office.
- Innovative, initiative and able to work independently.
- Able to converse and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Good knowledge in work study and manufacturing standards.
