Location: Shah Alam

Responsibilities:
Product Quality Management
To ensure the fundamental quality plan are well understood and executed by all QA/QC personnel.
To audit compliance of the quality plans for every production line.
To execute, review and to improve current quality plan to achieve the requisite product quality standard.
To liaise with Production, R&A and Engineering on process improvement activities to improve products’ quality and minimize process rejection and scrap.
To perform analytical testing and resolve product non-conformance issues.
To conduct product training/quality awareness training.
To conduct QA/QC Plan presentations in the absent of QA Manager.
Customer Complaint Management (Product)
To attend customer complaints on products quality and perform the diagnosis to the problem faced. Submit report to QA Manager for his/her review and recommendation.
To ensure all customer complaints on product quality are registered and resolved.
Other Related Tasks
To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Automation Engineering with Mechanical background (steel structure erection & rotation machinery, e.g. fan, screw conveyor) or equivalent (for Project Commissioning Engineer)
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferable site erection, steel structure and commissioning experience) (for Project Commissioning Engineer)
Knowledge in PLC control system (preferably with knowledge of air pollution control business especially bag filter system (for Project Commissioning Engineer)
Willing to travel (50% of time) (for Project Commissioning Engineer) Experience in ISO field (for QA Engineer) Dynamic and outgoing, results oriented Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.
