Responsibilities:
To source and purchase local materials (eg. spare part, printing & local essential raw material) of right quality, right time, at the right price and from the right source so as to enable contribution to the overall profitability of the company
To control and monitor stock inventory for local materials (eg spare parts & local essential) raw material so as to ensure zero stock out, production downtime and over stock situation
To co-ordinate with local essential raw material supplier for continuous and adequate supplies so as to avoid stoppage of production
To ensure compliance of ISO 9001:2015 quality system and to discuss/propose for continuous improvements towards effectiveness of the system
To participate in implementing the Materials Resources Planning (MRP) so as to enchance the purchasing cycle efficiency and effectiveness
To contribute and participate in Purchasing Performance Plan (PPP) in order to achieve cost reduction
To continue and source for new reliable vendor, alternative and new product as well as evaluate our existing/reliable supplier in terms of consistent of quality product, on time deliveries, after sales services, technical support and competitive pricing through Vendor Development Programme

Requirements:
Minimum Degree / Diploma holder in Accounting with Business Computing
Keeping abreast in market condition and fundamental negotiation background
Ability in coordinating team work
Ability in good leadership, supervisory skills and managing personnel
