General Jobs Accountabilities
Provide administrative support to the SOM Project Manager, to ensure  effective implementation of Student Outcomes Measurement (SOM) Project.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in preparation of meeting and workshop presentation materials.
– Support with preparations for SOM Committee Meeting and SOM Team/Consultants Meeting/Workshop.
– Basic translation – Bahasa Malaysia to English and vice versa.
– Support effective communication within Education Development Division.
– Prepare minutes of meetings (organisation invitation)
– Provide administrative support to SOM Project Manager, Evaluation & Translation
– Responsible for filing and administrative tasks as required by SOM Project Manager- Evaluation & Translation
– Any other appropriate duties and projects or program management as allocated by the SOM Project Manager – Evaluation & Translation.

Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Studies, Office Management or Computer Science or relevant background.
– At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
