Responsibilities:
– To establish and maintain capacity table.
– To coordinate and ensure smooth start of shop floor orders in accordance to available resources.
– To monitor and review the production capacity regularly.
– To liaise with all relevant department on production and delivery schedule.
– To work out weekly production plan to support material requirement planning
– To ensure production capacity are being utilized effectively.
– Accountable for OTIF performance
– To plan for inventory stock level for finished goods and WIP goods
– To prepare monthly KPI report for Management.
– To plan and issue orders to sub-contractors on relevant process.
– To liaise with sub con on delivery schedule.
– To monitor material stock accuracy in warehouse and mid block
– To monitor daily production output and performance.
