– Payroll Administration and Compensation & Benefits
– HRIS & Employee Self-Service (ESS)
– Performance Management System (PMS)
– Expatriate Management
– Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS)
– Benefits Administration
– Others

Requirements:

– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
– At least 5 years’ experience in related field at Managerial position.
– Sound knowledge in Employment Act and Malaysian legislation and benefits provision.
– Familiar with Human Resources Information System / Payroll Software.
– Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
