Report to : British directors

Responsibilities:
– Maintaining diaries for directors itinerary
– Arranging appointments for the directors and senior managers
– Taking messages and  handling correspondence
– Typing/word processing, filling
– Assisting with travel arrangements , flight bookings  and  accommodation when necessary
– Organizing meetings and  taking  minutes  of  all meetings such as  HOD meeting, Sales meeting, Quality meeting etc.
– Compiling  and  proper filing of  all meeting  minutes.
– Follow ups on all meeting agendas  and  discussion issues
– preparing letters, presentations materials and reports for directors and  senior managers

Requirements:
– Minimum  MCE or Diploma in secretarial or any related field
– Minimum 2 years working experience in similar field
– Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, Tamil or other languages.
– Proficiency in foreign language such as Nepalese, Bangladesh, Myammar etc will be an added advantage.
– Ability to use computer and  a variety of software packages.
– Must be willing to take meeting minutes and do follow ups.
