Responsibilities:
– Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards
– Develop the manufacturing plan and play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
– Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
– Improve the operational systems, process and policies in support of organizations mission- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
– Provide guidance and input to the achievement and development of plant, goals, objectives and operational budgets
– Implement production techniques to enhance production rates of efficiency and reduce operating costs
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to daily operational team for plant problem that occur. Technical and leadership support in root cause failure analysis for production, operation leads and quality standards
– Prepare, review and validate production data and production reports as needed to support the production accounting process
– Ensure proper documentation of operating files, records, procedures and technical files
– Participate in the optimization of scheduled and unscheduled downtime
– Practise and maintain the safe operation and reliability of the plant
– Work with Human Resources to develop training and development plans for all employees includes recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
– Facilitate the career growth of subordinates, making them more effective leaders and managers
– Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
– Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required by the management from time to time

Requirements:
– Diploma / Degree in Business Administration Management or Business Studies, Finance & Accounting Studies or any relevant field
– Minimum 5 years of Management or in the related field
– Knowledge of contract management, knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and Power Point)
– Advanced written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
– Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
– Ability to look at situation from several points of view
– Persuasive with details and facts
– Delegate responsibilities effectively
