Co size: 10 staff to be expanded
Workday: Mon-Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support.
• Handle office operations
• Any duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Possess Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience in Office Management and/or Personal Assistant.
• Possess basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong mindset to solve ad-hoc tasks
• Good communication

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Have driver’s license and own transport.
• Willing to travel between Georgetown and Gelugor.
• Available immediately.
