Report To : Maintenance Manager
Workday : Mon-Sat, shift required

Responsibilities:
– To provide input and assist Maintenance Manager &/ Maintenance Engineer in planning mechanical preventive maintenance schedule.
– To ensure preventive maintenance work being carry-out according to preventive maintenance schedule.
– To do mechanical modification (minor) task.
– To supervise daily activities of mechanical supervisor, fitters, mechanics (including machine breakdown trouble-shooting, preventive inspection, preventive maintenance).
-To upkeep mechanical documentation (mechanical drawing, hydraulic/pneumatic drawing, devices/machineries’ manual…etc.)
– To assist Maintenance Manager &/ Maintenance Engineer to identify the essential spare parts to keep in stock.
– Responsibility maybe change or added on by management base on requirement.

Requirements:
– Certificate and above or 6 years related working experiences.
– 5 years machineries hand-on experience and minimum 2 year supervision experience. Understands & able to trouble shoot & repair pneumatics & hydraulics systems.
– Able to do machineries trouble shooting and handle general workshop machineries and some supervisory knowledge.
– Staying in Yong Peng or nearby areas
