Overview:
• Formulate, recommend and implement the Marketing activities – Events, Exhibitions, Training, Product Presentation & etc.
• Work closely with the other department members to secure the achievement of the company objectives and targets.
• Work with the agency to ensure they deliver the best value of services

Responsibilities:
• To assist the Marketing Manager in any of his work functions as necessary to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the Marketing Department for the achievement of marketing and sales objectives
• To organize the company events & exhibitions
• To work closely with the profession organizations to establish  the branding exercise which involve training, presentation, collaboration activities & etc, for the B2B customers
• In charge in the overall training, prepare the training materials/sales, to further enhance the sales progress, for B2C market (example : Stokiest).
• Support internal (sales team) & external (roof partners) to conduct training or product presentation, to establish the product awareness throughout the markets
• Work closely with other departments to ensure all marketing projects are in line with overall brand strategy & delivered within timeline
• Manage all consumer communication and activities in order to drive consistent brand building & corporate identity, especially to Professional Association (PAM, REHDA, CIDB, JKR)
• Work independently to plan and manage the resources, in order to deliver the project within the timeline.

Requirements:
• Minimum Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or Architectual
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience, preferably with building material industry (Fresh graduates also encouraged to apply)
• Ability to speak fluent English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess good communication and excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result oriented and great sense of teamwork.
• A creative person, able to conceptualise and drive ideas.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organised and observe timelines.
