Location: Johor

Your specific duties and responsibilities include:
Develop and execute the A & P strategy and activities of the centre.
Liaise and build strong relationships with retailers.
Assist in the leasing of the retail and office tenancy.
Liaise and co-ordinate casual mall leasing.
Prepare budget and financial reports for the A & P of the centre.
Assist in the running of the centre management office.
In addition, to your experience and marketing ability, you will be a self-starter who is not afraid of hitting the ground running.

Qualification:
Minimum 1 year working experience in sales and marketing.
Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Possess pleasant personality, independent, and able to multi-task
Quick learner, highly responsible, committed and able to take instructions clearly
Positive attitude towards challenges and pressures
Good communication in written & spoken English
