Responsibilities:

– Ensure smooth running of the production machinery.
– Continuously check and correct processes to make tile of high quality with the highest efficiency possible.
– Responsible for overseeing scheduling and day-to-day production activities and processes on the production floor.
– Assist Production Engineer / Executive in executing day to day production floor operation, ensure smooth running of production and plant operation in achieving quality production output targets and minimise the plant down time.

Requirements:

– Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Automation, Chemical, etc or at least 3 years experience in manufacturing industry
– Good communication skills and front-line worker management skills
– Good ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and solve problems systematically
– Confident decision making and ability to act quickly.
– Ability to take ownership and effective planning.
