Summary:
Oversee IT systems of the Company and to enhance IT systems’ efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Head, Business Technology, project managers, business analysts, infrastructure, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
• Write well-designed, testable code
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
• Develop software verification plans and Quality Assurance procedures
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing system
• Participate in requirement gathering, design, coding and implementation of back-end platform development, which included features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end system integration
• Collaborate with project team to prepare technical specifications
• Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies
• Lead a team of web and mobile developers deliver front-end solutions for distribution channels and customers
• Proven track record in delivering high quality programming solutions at scale, on time, in cost
