Responsibilities:
– To assist Production And Maintenance Manager in planning mechanical & electrical preventive maintenance schedule.
– To ensure preventive maintenance work being carry-out according to preventive maintenance schedule.
– To do mechanical modification (minor) task.
– To supervise daily activities of mechanical supervisor, fitters (Including machine breakdown trouble-shooting, inspection, preventive maintenance).
– To upkeep mechanical documentation (mechanical drawing, hydraulic/pneumatic drawing, devices/machineries’ manual…etc.)
– To assist Plant And Maintenance Manager to identify the essential spare parts to keep in stock.

Requirements:
– Mechanical or Industrial or equivalent.
– 3-5 years’ experience in the maintenance of a manufacturing plant (preferably within Building Materials Industry and/or Clay Products specifically)
– Able to lead a maintenance team with some supervisory knowledge and experience.
– Staying in Yong Peng or nearby areas
