Responsibilities:
• Manage the requirements of the Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
• Monitor the health and safety performance in the Account and actively implement plans to improve.
• Maintain good employee relations.
• Manage staff performance levels.
• Implement staff management policies & procedures.
• Ensure that all staff on the account are motivated and performing to the best of their abilities.
• Develop existing & potential new business & additional services.
• Liaise with clients or sales staff as appropriate.
• Single point of contact with client representative-Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Responsible for incident reporting and investigation activities in accordance to client requirements.
• Respond efficiently & effectively to customer complaints - Primary ownership for issue resolution within the account.
• Ensure effective administrative procedures & policies are implemented throughout the business.
• Ensure contract control sheets & site specifications are up to date.
• Cost analysis and pricing, once off - quotations and liaise strongly with Project Managers and Vendors.
• Manage the financial performance of the Account.
• Manage administration and overheads of area within budget.
• Ensure individual contracts are managed within budget.
• Assess & plan for future needs - Achieve profitability and growth budgets.
• Facilitation of all hard and soft services operation within the allocated facility / premises.
• Monitoring and ensuring that all services are delivered according to agreed SLA / KPis within the approved budget.
• Financial management of the account assigned contract with budgetary controls.
• Ensuring that all process are documented, adhered to and enforced without failure, and to ensure that the account team follows these procedures.
• Ensuring cost-effectiveness of procurement processes with excellent negotiation skills with vendors.
• Ensure asset management and inventory management processes are followed.
• Ensure procedures around vendor management and contract management are adhered to.
• Energy management / reduction initiatives across facility as well as utilities management, and the implementation of Environmental standards & Programs.
• Conducting audits and inspections for facilities-related matters for allocated premises.
• Project management of facilities-related projects such as improvements & renovations.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong management / problem solving skills.
• Excellent Computer Literacy.
• Flexible & Adaptable.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in a manufacturing environment.
• Dependable team player.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Liaise with clients and service providers at all levels will be required. therefore, sound communication and negotiating skills are essential.
• Enthusiastic & self-motivating and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a customer focused environment.
• Drive and adaptable to ensure that challenging targets are met.
• Have a strong knowledge of Facilities Management - and be technically competent.
