Location: Pulau Indah, Klang

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the basic problems handling of :
PC troubleshooting
Networking product support (LAN Connection, Domain access)
Email profile creation (Microsoft Outlook)
Internet support (Website allow/blocking, setting of proxies in IE)
Antivirus Support (update patch, clearing viruses, health check)
Update Windows and Office patch for end user
Software installation and uninstallation
Printer driver installation and configuration
Support and troubleshooting LXE
Support and troubleshooting DTRS

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Certification or Diploma in Information Technology.
Knowledge in Network and Hardware will be an added advantage.
Able to work in a team.
Willing to work on shift.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
