Responsibilities:
– Work closely with SOM Project Manager and other stakeholders to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
– Integrate the different business applications (both internally developed and externally procured application) with the existing company ICT infrastructure and compliance to ICT security policies
– Manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software/vendors)
– Work closely with SOM Project Manager and other stakeholders to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
– Produce project planning during implementation process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc.
– Attend client meetings during the implementation process and during development.
– Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software).
– Coordinate web projects across departments.
– Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
– Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties.
– Ensure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
– Track and report on all site metrics
– Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes.
– Support LeapEd business systems such as Finance, HRMS, ADEPT, etc
– To be a liaison between end users and vendors to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
– To source for suitable products for business use which includes vendor sourcing, product evaluation and working closely with business unit to gather requirements and finding the right business systems.
– Administer SOM Computer-Based Assessment System platform.
– Provide weekly & monthly activity report
– Responsible to ensure that internal ICT audits are conducted and timely closures of all issues.
– Assist AM ICT Application in future planning of ICT Application business system and technologies that would assist business to achieve its objective.
– Assist AM ICT in Application budget planning and monitoring.

Requirements:
– Degree in ICT or any relevant majors.
– Minimum 1-3 years of experiences in development, enhancing, monitoring and maintenance ICT infrastructure and software/hardware peripherals.
– Experience in developing, implementing and managing in-house and enterprise applications
– Experience in technical project implementation
– Experience in programming and market research with some experience in the Education industry.
– Exceptional communication and organizational skills
– Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems (Drupal, Convio, Kintera, WordPress, Oracle, etc.)
– Must have strong skills in Photoshop, Fireworks, or equivalent application(s).
– Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross- departmental team 1-3 years’ experience managing content and production for high traffic websites
– 2 years minimum experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS
– 1 years minimum Web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP
– 1 year minimum experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL
– Development experience using extensible web authoring tools
– Experience developing and implementing open source software projects
– Self-starter with strong self-management skills
