Location: Damansara Heights
Managing the full spectrum of HR encompassing HR Processes, Tools, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations and other HR related administration functions.
Analytical mind, dynamic with good interpersonal skills and able to lead the development of HR strategies for the company.
To motivate and cultivate a positive workplace environment and ensure development of talent pools in the organizations by establishment of effective employee training and development program.
To ensure retention and continuation of talents in the organization by establishing effective talent management program and succession planning.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia in both written & spoken and able to converse in Mandarin.
At least 10 years (10) of working experience in the related field with well verse in Malaysian Act and Employment Act
