Job Description
Responsible for the day to day operational matters of the HR & Administration i.e department Employee Relations, Recruitment, Medical , Insurance, Training & Development, Compensation & benefits etc.
Participate in the development and implementation of Human Resources & Admin policies for the establishment
Manage and monitor company medical insurance for staff
Involve in training and development of staff, scheduling and coordinating training courses and programs
Handle employee relations issues, grievances and act as a communication channel between Management and employees to maintain good relationship
Managing staff discipline issues and handle staff grievances and provide counselling.
Manager & Monitor time management system
Had experience in handling cross projects in Human Resource

Jobs Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field similar
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
Well versed in Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act
Ability to handle full spectrum of HR management (industrial relations,medical insurance, welfare, training & development, recruitment and etc.)
Excellent leadership skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Mature, self-starter, with ability to multi-tasks
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Possess own transport
