Terms : 1 year contract, renewable
Responsibilities:
– Do recruitment processing
– Review resumes and applications from candidates
– Understand manpower requisition from the hiring manager
– Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
– Prepare and post jobs to recruitment agency, newspapers, colleges etc
– Call and send email invitation to candidate
– Coordinate interview schedule/appointment with interviewers
– Prepare Medical letter, Letter opening account, Letter Offer (for permanent staff/executive and above)
– Handle new employees such as explanation about Appointment letter, benefits, working hours
– Answer phone calls on enquiries about job vacancy
– Coordinate job fairs.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Human Resources Management.
– Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie,Shah Alam.
– At least 2 years experiance in HR
– Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
