– Handle recruitment activities
– Assist to coordinate and the relevant departments for new hire on boarding such as orientation schedule
– Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, resignations/terminations and conduct exit interview
– Handle staff medical/insurance claim matters
– Organise staff welfare activities and manage staff benefits
– Conduct annual employee engagement survey
– Staff grievance and counselling, where necessary
– Proper filing and records of department training needs analysis to maintain training records in compliance with ISO audit requirements
– Sourcing, recommending and arranging for courses per the approved training plan
– Maintain the time clock and ensure accuracy and completeness of clock punches in the payroll program before uploading for month-end payroll run
– Staff Insurance & leave administration matters
– Maintenance of Staff records
– Responsible for the spectrum of office administrative function
– Compute sales commission
– Process staff travel and petty cash claim
– Ad hoc support to Group HR manager

– Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource Management
– 2 years working experience in similar field
– Mature, independent, resourceful, proactive and assertive with good interpersonal skills
